LifePilot AI is provided by Siby Tech, operated by Taganera Shop Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how LifePilot AI collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the LifePilot AI mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

LifePilot AI may collect information that you choose to provide when using the app, including:

• Account information, such as your email address.
• Profile information, such as your preferred name, country, language, locale, time zone, occupation, work schedule and personal preferences.
• Tasks, goals, habits, reminders and planning information that you create.
• Life priorities and productivity preferences.
• AI chat messages and information you choose to provide when interacting with the LifePilot AI assistant.
• App preferences such as response style, productivity style, theme and notification settings.

LifePilot AI does not require you to provide information that is unrelated to the app's core planning, productivity and AI-assistant features.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

• Provide and operate LifePilot AI.
• Save and synchronise your tasks, goals, habits, reminders and preferences.
• Personalise planning recommendations and AI responses.
• Generate AI-assisted planning, productivity and coaching responses.
• Maintain your account and authentication.
• Provide notifications and reminders that you choose to enable.
• Improve reliability, security and user experience.
• Respond to support and privacy requests.

3. Cloud Storage and Service Providers

LifePilot AI uses trusted service providers to operate parts of the service.

Supabase is used for services such as authentication, account management and cloud data synchronisation.

When you use LifePilot AI's AI features, relevant information from your request and selected LifePilot context may be securely sent through LifePilot AI's backend to an AI service provider, including OpenAI, so that an AI response can be generated.

We only send information needed to provide the requested functionality.

4. AI Features

LifePilot AI uses artificial intelligence to help users plan, prioritise, organise tasks, review goals and receive contextual recommendations.

AI responses may use information you have saved in LifePilot AI, such as your tasks, goals, habits, reminders, schedule and preferences.

You control the information that you enter into LifePilot AI. You should not enter highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for the service.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not currently use personal information for third-party advertising.

Information may be processed by service providers where necessary to provide LifePilot AI's functionality, such as cloud hosting, authentication, synchronisation and AI processing.

We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation or a valid legal process.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect user information.

These measures include secure network connections, authenticated access and access controls for cloud-stored account data.

However, no internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and LifePilot AI data while your account remains active or while it is reasonably necessary to provide the service.

Information may be retained for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution or legitimate operational requirements.

When information is no longer required, we aim to delete or anonymise it appropriately.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your LifePilot AI account and associated data.

Account deletion requests can be made through the account deletion option provided by LifePilot AI or through the LifePilot AI account-deletion webpage.

When an account deletion request is completed, associated account data will be deleted unless certain information must be retained for legitimate legal, security or regulatory reasons.

Deleting the LifePilot AI app from your device does not automatically delete your cloud account.

9. Notifications

LifePilot AI may send local task, habit and reminder notifications when you enable them.

You can control notification permissions through LifePilot AI and your device settings.

10. Your Choices

You may:

• Edit information stored in your LifePilot AI profile.
• Change planning and AI preferences.
• Enable or disable notifications.
• Export or back up supported app data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.

11. Children's Privacy

LifePilot AI is not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where doing so would violate applicable law.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when LifePilot AI features, data practices or legal requirements change.

When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated.
