To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include all original accessories and materials

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement/refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
