At Siby Tech, we’re all about getting your tech to you as quickly and smoothly as possible (because waiting is the worst, we know).

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is confirmed, we get to work right away—no unnecessary delays.

Shipping Times
Because we work with trusted global suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • UK: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

(Yes, we promise it’s worth the wait.)

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on most orders. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown at checkout—no surprises.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way (refreshing the page is totally optional… but we get it).

Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues. These are unfortunately outside our control—but we’ll always do our best to help if anything comes up.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We can’t guarantee changes once your order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Siby Tech is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this happens, we recommend contacting your local courier for assistance.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
